Front of House Team Member – Farm to fork, Award Winning Restaurant
Our client has a unique farm to fork establishment, growing most of the produce from the grounds of the restaurant within the idyllic Kent countryside. The 24-seat restaurant features a 10-course taster menu, and a wonderful selection of local craft ales and British wines. This innovative young company has been awarded two rosettes this year as well as being voted Kent Restaurant of the Year.
Due to them taking on their second site, an opening has arisen for a new front of house team member. They are looking for a passionate foodie who relishes the opportunity to provide fresh, sustainably sourced food and wants to be part of one of the brightest hospitality teams in Kent.
Experience in hospitality as a waiter or waitress would be favoured but an enthusiasm for food and drink is essential. The service style is relaxed, and the ambience comfortable. You will be part of a customer focused team who enjoy meeting their guests and sharing the delights of the Kent and Sussex countryside.
In return for working with us you will receive a basic salary of between £19000 to £20,000 per year plus tronc which will add another £2,500 to your basic.
Due to the rural location of this position you will require your own transport.
