CHEF DE PARTIE – independent, fresh food pub – package to £30,000 –
A lovely village pub with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and hospitality.
This independently owned establishment is currently looking for a talented Chef to assist with the day to day running of this first class kitchen.
There is a team of 3 chefs and a KP preparing modern British and European menus. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible. They also regularly go foraging and the menus change daily to reflect this.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and have a genuine love for the industry. As it is a small team you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the day to day running the kitchen including assisting with menu design, stock control, ordering and all health and hygiene procedures. Although an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is keen to learn would also be considered.
