CHEF DE PARTIE – daytime hours - alternate weekends off - £22,000 –
This beautiful garden centre has a popular self service restaurant and a bistro offering table service. Between them they can cater for up to 600 covers a day.
There is a brigade of 7 chefs preparing a varied menu including British classics through to more adventurous Mediterranean dishes. Everything is made in house using fresh produce and this is all sourced as locally as possible.
As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen, working within a talented team. The role is varied as you will have the chance to work within both kitchens.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic chef keen to learn and demonstrate their passion for cooking. This really is a great chance to be part of an ambitious, forward thinking team. Other benefits include straight shifts, every other weekend off and no evenings!
