SOUS CHEF – restaurant going for awards and accolades - £35,000 –
A contemporary restaurant and bar looking to gain awards and accolades. This independent establishment has great ambition and is looking for a passionate chef to join the team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the brigade as they strive to make a name for themselves in the local area and beyond.
They are open for lunch, dinner, afternoon teas and brunch at the weekends. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce all sourced as locally as possible. As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering and training, managing and motivating the junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a high quality, fresh food kitchen and have a real love of cooking and experimenting with the finest, fresh produce.
