PASTRY CHEF – going for awards and accolades –
An exciting opportunity be part of the opening team for this new boutique hotel launching in January 2020. With an extremely talented Head Chef running the kitchen they are looking to gain awards and accolades, so are seeking a strong Pastry Chef to run the section.
The menus will be modern European and everything will be made in house using fresh, seasonal produce. There will be an a la carte restaurant, a brasserie restaurant and small function facilities for parties, private dining and weddings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at rosette level cooking and have a real passion for working with the finest fresh produce. Working closely with the Head Chef you will be in charge of the pastry section assisting with designing menus for the restaurant, brasserie, function and afternoon teas, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
