This stunning restaurant in Tunbridge Wells has a new Head Chef and is getting rave reviews. Due to this success they are now looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join the team.
The ethos here is to prepare fresh seasonal menus using the best local suppliers. Meat will arrive as a carcass and be butchered on site and bread will be baked daily, so this will be an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is keen to learn and develop their skills.
Working within a brigade of 5 chefs you will have the chance to cover all sections of the kitchen and be an integral part of the team assisting with menu design, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are adhered to.
Previous experience within a similar environment would be a great advantage along with a real passion and desire to work with the finest, fresh produce.
