This small hotel and restaurant is independently owned and family run. They have an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to strengthen the team.
Everything on their modern British menu is made in house, including the bread. They source fresh, local produce and the standards are very high. As Restaurant Supervisor you will have responsibility of overseeing the day to day running of the restaurant and supporting and training the junior members of the team.
Our client is looking for a charismatic individual with previous front of house experience who can engage guests and build repeat business. This is a very busy establishment so previous experience within a high volume, quality restaurant will be essential.
Benefits include the generous salary of up to £21,000 and meals are available on duty.
Your own transport will be essential for the location.
