SOUS CHEF – restaurant going for awards and accolades – live in –
A contemporary European restaurant seating up to 40 covers. This family run business is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the team and assist them reach their goals.
With a brigade of four chefs they prepare French cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will be sourced locally. The standards are very high and they are looking to achieve 2 AA rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
So the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and have a genuine passion for cooking. As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, designing menus, stock control, ordering and staff training and motivation.
