SOUS CHEF – straight shifts – fresh, seasonal cuisine –
This beautiful venue is set within stunning grounds and caters for a whole host of weddings all year round. These vary in number, but the focus is always on high quality fresh cuisine for their guests.
Due to the company growing they are currently seeking a strong Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. They prepare a variety of menus and everything including the desserts, bread and ice cream are made in house.
The ideal Sous Chef will have previously worked at a senior level and have banqueting experience within a fresh food kitchen. You will be involved in menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.
