CHEF DE PARTIE– straight shifts – fresh, seasonal cuisine –
This beautiful venue is set within stunning grounds and caters for a whole host of weddings all year round. These vary in number, but the focus is always on high quality fresh cuisine for their guests.
Due to the company growing they are currently seeking a strong Chef de Partie to join the team. They prepare a variety of menus and everything including the desserts, bread and ice cream are made in house.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previously worked at this level within a fresh food kitchen and feel competent on all sections of the kitchen. You will be involved in contributing ideas for the menus, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.
