JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – fast paced, fresh food kitchen – £25,000 – straight shifts –
An exciting opportunity to join this new casual dining restaurant opening in June. They will be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
There is a talented Head Chef running the kitchen and he is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The menus will be a mix of British and European cuisine incorporating a selection of small tasting plates too. Everything including the bread will be made in house using the finest fresh produce, so previous experience within a similar environment would be advantageous.
Ideally they are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie looking to take their next step up and assist the Head and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. The successful candidate will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.
