This well established gastro pub has gone from strength to strength and due to their continued success is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this fast paced kitchen.
It is part of an independent group that are currently expanding in the South East giving genuine career prospects and opportunities for you to develop your management skills further.
The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. As Junior Sous Chef you will be part of a brigade of 6 professional chefs and be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the junior members of the team and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will already hold a senior chef de partie role within a fresh food kitchen, have excellent man-management skills and a real passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced produce.
