SOUS CHEF – straight shifts – Saturdays off - £29,000 –
A fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef who loves working with fresh, seasonal produce. This busy golf club has built an excellent reputation for their restaurant and are now looking for a Sous Chef to help them take it to the next level.
Alongside the restaurant they also cater for a variety of functions, society events and weddings. These too have the same high standard of cuisine and everything including the ice cream is made in house. There is a small team and the Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of the day top day running of the kitchen. Particularly designing and creating new menus along with the Head Chef.
So the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy fresh food kitchen, thoroughly enjoy cooking and feel confident running shifts in the absence of the Head Chef.
Benefits here include straight shifts, mainly daytime hours unless there is an evening function, two days off a week and one of those could be a Saturday, free golf plus an excellent salary!
