CONFERENCE AND BANQUETING ASSISTANT - 40 hrs a week - excellent career opportunities.
Our client has a historic mansion in Tunbridge Wells, sought after for its conferencing and banqueting facilities. They are now looking for a conferencing and banqueting assistant.
Previous experience in a similar environment will mean that you are able to communicate with all the relevant departments to support the smooth running of the functions. Manage the current and anticipated stock requirements. Maintain the equipment to ensure that it will work as and when needed. Keep on top of the maintenance checks of the banqueting area. Your duties will be to set up of the conferencing rooms, greet the event organisers and provide service throughout the day.
The salary offered is up to £19,000 for 40hrs per week. They will be straight shifts over 5 days.
Full training adhering to the companies 4 star standards will be given.
