CHEF DE PARTIE - £24,000 – contemporary hotel - creative menus –
A unique, independently run hotel that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen caters for a superb, award winning a la carte restaurant, a contemporary brasserie and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
There is a brigade of 10 talented chefs preparing modern British cuisine with European influences. They make everything in house and where possible all the produce is sourced locally to ensure their menus are seasonal and their carbon footprint is low.
Currently they are seeking a strong Chef de Partie who can assist with the day to day running of the kitchen as they are looking to push for further awards and accolades. The successful candidate will be involved in menu creation, ordering, stock control and training the junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within award winning, professional kitchens and be looking for a new and challenging role where they will have the opportunity to influence the menus and the success of the hotel.
