DEPUTY MANAGER – fresh food – exciting opportunities We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant team in one of our spacious, high volume, gastro pubs. The ethos of the company is in working with fresh quality ingredients, preparing, cooking and presenting them in classic British dishes with exotic inspirations. The group feeds your passion for working in gastro pub environment. Training and motivating you to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to get ‘hands on’ training and leading a team through busy services and events. You will have your input when it comes to deciding which beers to have on tap and which wines and spirits you feel will be popular choices. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Manager to put on events with complimentary menus. Essential Qualities: Previous experience in a similar role Experience of working in a fresh food pub environment Inspiring your team, supporting them through training. Proven financial administration and increased profitability Desirable Qualities: Personal Licence WSET1 A competitive salary package up to £28,000 + tips is offered with career opportunities and genuine work/life balance.
