After five years with the company their Head Chef is moving on and they are now looking for a talented and creative Head Chef to take over the role. Heading up a brigade of 12 chefs and 3 K.P’s you will have full control over the day to day running of the kitchen.
They prepare modern British cuisine and everything is made in house using the finest, fresh produce. The menus change regularly to reflect the seasons and where possible the produce is sourced locally.
This independent business is extremely popular and alongside the restaurant they also cater for exciting events and weddings. So the ideal Head Chef will have experience of first class, fresh food cooking to a minimum of 2 AA rosette and understand working within a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
Benefits include a generous salary of £45,000 basic plus a £10,000 bonus. You will also have the opportunity to influence the success of the business as it continues to evolve.
