A popular, award winning gastro pub run by a very talented Chef Proprietor. Due to their continued success they are seeking a committed Sous Chef to strengthen the team and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
With a brigade of four chefs they prepare everything in house including the bread and ice cream. They source as much as they can from local suppliers and only the freshest, seasonal produce is used to create their modern British cuisine.
There is great attention to detail and the Owner is passionate about all things related to food and cooking. They have now been recognised within all the major guide books and been awarded many accolades along the way. Because of this they need a strong Sous Chef who shares the same love of cooking and can assist their further growth and progression.
The owners have ambitious plans for the future of the business, so career prospects will be excellent as the company grows. The ideal Sous Chef will have had previous experience within a similar fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking with seasonal produce. Transport will be essential as the pub is in a rural location.
