This small hotel is independently owned and family run. They have an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and are currently seeking a Chef de Partie with an interest in the larder section.
There is currently a brigade of 10 professional chefs preparing modern British menus and everything is made in house including the pasta. They source fresh, local produce and the standards are very high.
Due to a recent expansion they are looking for a Chef de Partie who can run the larder section and also be able to assist in other areas as required. Although well established and successful they are keen to push the business forward so it is constantly evolving. Having just completed the new brasserie they are looking now to refurbish the already outstanding, well equipped kitchen.
