ASSISTANT MANAGER - functions and events - package up to £22,000 + bonus + tips
This location Is situated in the Kent countryside, with views over the lakes and golf course. The substantial clubhouse offers a bar, restaurant, function suites, conference rooms, a large outdoor eating area, and a gym.
Our client is looking for someone who is very ‘hands on’ with previous hotel or very strong restaurant background. You will be overseeing 2 Supervisors, a Senior FOH person and reception, leading them in delivering high standards in all areas.
The starting salary is up to £22,000 with a bonus + tips. They offer a 45hr week and 27 days holiday inclusive of Christmas day. Use of the gym and golfing facilities is also included.
