SOUS CHEF - Career advancement- fresh food
Our client is part of a small group of 7 independently owned pubs. They now have an opportunity for a Sous Chef available in one of their gastro pubs. This site has stood for centuries and possesses copious amounts of charm and character.
They are looking for a Sous Chef who will take on the role whole-heartedly. As Sous Chef you will already have experience of working in a high volume, quality establishment. Your duties will include fresh food preparation, developing new dishes, training and developing the junior chefs ensuring the high standards are continued throughout. You will also feel confident enough to manage in absence of the Head Chef.
A generous salary package of £26K - £30K is offered with additional bonus, paid overtime + further company benefits.
