A beautiful, independently owned, pub nestled on the edge of the South Downs. Due to it's continued popularity they have consistent trade through all the seasons.
Focusing on quality, fresh food there is an emphasis on the use of seasonal produce throughout the menu. The food is organic and locally sourced where possible and they make their own selection of ice cream, sorbets and flat breads.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has a real passion for fresh food to work with their vibrant team.
Variety will be added by a select number of weddings and functions throughout the year.
Benefits include a generous salary of £20-£22k + excellent tips and 4.5 day week and an opportunity to be in a professional forward thinking team.
A car is essential due to the pubs rural location.
