A beautiful, independently owned, pub nestled on the edge of the South Downs is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a real passion for fresh food.
Focusing on quality food there is an emphasis on the use of seasonal produce throughout the menu. The food is organic and locally sourced where possible and they make their own selection of ice cream, sorbets and flat breads
Variety will be added by a select number of weddings and functions throughout the year.
Benefits include a generous salary of £20-£22k + excellent tips and 4.5 day week and an opportunity to be in a professional forward thinking vibrant team.
A car is essential due to the pubs rural location.
