This superb fine dining restaurant has won numerous awards and accolades and is currently looking for a Head Chef to help them take it to the next level.
The emphasis here is on using the finest seasonal and local produce, at its peak to create a contemporary British menu. To aid this creation there is a well-equipped, state of the art kitchen and a small enthusiastic team to assist you.
Other benefits include a four and a half day week, working approximately 45 hours, plenty of opportunity to be creative and input your own ideas onto the menus and great support from the proprietor.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within first class, award winning restaurants at a minimum of Sous Chef level and feel completely passionate about working with the finest, seasonal produce.
