SENIOR SOUS CHEF - fresh seasonal cuisine - supportive training
A truly traditional, beautiful, gastro pub that has been serving the needs of the locals with a warm welcome for many years.
As Senior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef. Together you will be putting together the ever changing, seasonal, fresh food menu. You will be cooking and working across all sections of the kitchen including: training, developing and motivating the brigade of chefs, striving for the best quality and consistency.
Senior Sous Chef -The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience with working in a high volume environment with fresh food preparation.
• Passion for creating dishes from scratch and infusing exotic flavours.
• Arranging fresh food tastings from the developed menu
• Manage stock and labour control
• Ensuring the high standards of food hygiene and health and safety across all areas of the kitchen.
