As Chef de Partie you will be supporting both the Sous and Head Chefs gaining experience in the running of this high volume kitchen. Your duties will include fresh food preparation, ordering and stock control. Embracing the food culture of our business you will also be engaging in the design of menus.
Chef de Partie -The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience with working in a high volume environment with fresh food preparation.
• Have a can-do attitude, be a clear communicator, keen to learn and progress.
• Meeting of the high standards of food hygiene and Health and Safety across all areas of the kitchen.
