This very uniquely positioned pub has some of the best views in the area. Popular in the summer months for customers to take in the sights. Offering a fresh food menu.
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the very busy kitchen. This will include working across all sections, with the opportunity to create a regularly changing seasonal fresh menu. Everything is from scratch so the model Sous Chef will love working with fresh ingredients and have a passion for flavours.
Sous Chef-The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience with working in a high volume environment with fresh food preparation.
• Have a great personality, strong communication, a people manager with focus on training and development.
• Strong grasp of general practices, meeting and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and Health and Safety across all areas of the kitchen.
