Our Client is looking for a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the busy kitchen. This will include working across all sections, with the opportunity to make a significant input to the menu development process with your own ideas.
Sous Chef-The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with working in a high volume environment with fresh food preparation.
• Have a great personality, strong communication and leadership skills, presence and passion.
• Setting and reviewing the general practices, meeting and maintaining high food and safety standards across all areas of the kitchen.
• Our clients Sous Chefs will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen business so will need to be commercially minded and will have had exposure to kitchen financials.
