JUNIOR SOUS CHEF –award winning cuisine – accommodation available - A superb opportunity for a talented Junior Sous Chef to work within this small country house hotel producing first class cuisine. There is a very talented Head Chef running the kitchen so an excellent training in all aspects of running a kitchen will be guaranteed. Working within a brigade of 6 chefs you will be catering for the award winning, a la carte restaurant and their small conference and banqueting department. The fine dining restaurant seats up to 30 covers and because of this a great deal of care and attention can be given to the preparation and presentation of this modern British menu. Everything is made in house including bread, jams and chutneys using the finest, fresh produce. Where possible they source their ingredients locally and the menus change with the seasons. The successful Junior Sous Chef will have the opportunity to cover all sections and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
