As Head Chef you will oversee a brigade of 5 chefs preparing fresh, seasonal cuisine. They make everything in house and where possible all the produce is sourced locally. There is an emphasis on British however ideas are taken from around the globe to keep the menus exciting and up to date with current trends.
This is a very popular pub and restaurant and as a result can be extremely busy so previous experience within a fresh food, high volume environment will be essential. Other responsibilities include menu design, costing, sourcing suppliers and ensuring you run a happy and profitable kitchen.
