JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – superb food and great career prospects -
This great British pub is part of a small independently owned company with sites across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Currently they are looking for an extremely talented Junior Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this fast paced kitchen.
Each pub runs independently with the Head and Sous Chef having full responsibility for organising and managing all aspects of the catering. The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. So previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen will be essential.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be involved in motivating a brigade of 6 chefs, contributing ideas for menu design, ordering and maintaining the high standards throughout the kitchen.
