CHEF DE PARTIE - £25,000 – fresh, seasonal cuisine -
This contemporary restaurant has a very talented Head Chef who is in the process of strengthening the brigade. Ideally he is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to assist with all aspects of running this first class kitchen.
There is a brigade of 15 chefs preparing some exciting and innovative British cuisine. They make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce which is all sourced as locally as possible.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has a couple of function rooms for private parties, dinners and weddings. As it is open all day they offer 8 shifts over 4 days and 3 days off a week.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a professional kitchen where they prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and be capable on all sections of the kitchen. Other duties will include assisting the Head and Sous Chef to run the kitchen, contribute ideas for the menu, stock control, ordering, staff management and training and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
