SECOND CHEF – small independent pub – A beautiful country pub with roaring log fires for the winter months and BBQ’s held in the garden during the summer. With a small team in the kitchen they cater for the forty cover a la carte restaurant and a variety of functions and parties. The menus are British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce. They have a very talented Head Chef and you will be an integral part of the team assisting him with the menu design, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are in place. The hours will be five days a week working split shifts and due to the pubs rural location your own transport will be essential.
