Having undergone a substantial refurbishment this lovely country pub is open for business and getting great reviews. There is a purpose built, well equipped kitchen to accommodate the brigade of 7 chefs and they are currently looking to strengthen the team with a strong Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the management team and be involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the kitchen. Alongside excellent cooking skills you will have a good understanding of GP percentages and successfully managing a team to bring the best out of them.
The menus are modern British with influences taken from around the globe to keep them interesting. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and you will be involved in sourcing the best suppliers to ensure the highest quality at all times.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking and their career as a Chef.
