CHEF DE PARTIE – superb fresh cuisine - £22,500 -
This contemporary hotel has an extremely popular restaurant and busy conference and banqueting department. Due to this success the Head Chef is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to strengthen the team.
There is a brigade of 10 chefs preparing both classical and modern French cuisine. Here everything is made from the finest fresh produce and the standards are extremely high. The successful candidate will receive an excellent training on all sections of the kitchen and learn about menu design, stock control and ordering for their section.
To be part of this forward thinking team you will have had previous experience within a quality kitchen and still be keen to learn and develop your skills further. This would be an ideal role for an enthusiastic and committed chef as the promotional prospects are superb.
