JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - small country inn – exceptional food -
A beautiful country inn, which is independently owned and managed. Over the years they have built up an excellent reputation for their fine food and are always looking for ways to improve on this.
So ideally now they are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef with plenty of flair and imagination to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. The menus are modern British and everything is prepared from fresh, seasonal produce, all locally sourced where possible.
Working as part of a small team you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen catering for approximately 40 covers per service.
