SOUS CHEF – independent pub - £27,000 – fresh food –
This independent pub is now under new management and they are looking to put the place on the culinary map. With a talented Head Chef in place he now needs strong support to take the food to the next level.
They prepare modern British cuisine and everything including the bread is made in house using the finest, fresh produce. There is a small team in the kitchen catering for up to 30 covers per service. As the numbers are small there is great attention to detail, so they are looking for a passionate chef that loves cooking.
As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with menu design, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place.
