SENIOR SOUS CHEF - £35,000 – superb fresh cuisine –
This small hotel is independently owned and family run. They have an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and are currently seeking a very strong Sous Chef to strengthen the team.
There is currently a brigade of 8-10 chefs preparing modern British menus and everything is made in house including the bread and pasta. They source fresh, local produce and the standards are very high. They are looking for a Sous Chef who will be involved in designing menus, controlling the stock, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
Although well established and successful they are keen to push the business forward and have recently opened a brasserie style restaurant in the grounds. To accommodate this they are also extending their already outstanding, well equipped kitchen so they can increase the brigade to 10 chefs.
This is a very busy establishment so previous experience within a high volume, quality kitchen will be essential.
