With a brigade of 4 chefs they prepare a regularly changing menu to reflect the seasons. Everything including the bread is made in house using the finest fresh produce, which is all sourced locally where possible.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a professional, fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about their role as a Chef. There is a talented Head Chef running the kitchen and you will be involved in assisting him with the menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior chefs.
