A really great opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef looking to take their career to the next level. This well established gastro pub has gone from strength to strength and due to their continued success they are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this fast paced kitchen.
The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. Working within a brigade of 7 professional chefs you will cover all sections of the kitchen and be involved with menu design, stock control, ordering, training the junior members of the team and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and a real passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
