A superb gastro pub which has continued to maintain an excellent reputation for their fine food and ambience. It is part of a small group of independent food led pubs and due to their continued success an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry Chef.
Each pub is run independently and the chefs are able to write the menus making the most of all the fresh, seasonal produce available to them locally. As Pastry Chef you will have the opportunity to design and prepare mouth- watering cuisine that will get customers returning.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a fast paced, high quality kitchen and have plenty of creative ideas to keep the pastry section innovative and exciting. The menus are modern British with European influences and they make everything in house.
Although the successful Pastry Chef will be running the section there will be plenty of support and guidance from their very talented Sous and Head Chef.
