JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – independent, fresh food pub - £24,000 –
A lovely village pub with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine.
This independently owned establishment is currently looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this first class kitchen. There is a team of 2-3 chefs and a KP preparing modern British and European menus. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible and the menus change daily to reflect this.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and have a genuine love for the industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running the kitchen including assisting with menu design, stock control, ordering, health and hygiene procedures and supervising junior staff.
