A beautiful 16th C inn with a very popular restaurant and several letting rooms. This lovely pub has an extremely talented Head Chef, who has an excellent career history, within some of the country's finest restaurants.
With a brigade of 7 chefs they are preparing the best of British cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced produce. Currently they are catering for approximately 55-60 covers per service and are now looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to strenghten the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of cooking with fresh produce and be passionate and enthusiastic about their role as a chef. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is keen to learn and develop their skills further within a professional kitchen.
