SOUS CHEF – award winning restaurant - £30,000 +tips –
This is a great opportunity to join an award winning restaurant going from strength to strength winning accolades along the way. Currently they are increasing the brigade to cope with their popularity and are looking for a talented Sous Chef.
They prepare modern British cuisine utilising all the wonderful Kentish produce available to them. So previous experience within a fresh food kitchen will be essential. Everything is made in house including the bread and the successful candidate will be competent on all sections of the kitchen.
There is a brigade of 4 chefs and you will be an integral part of the team training and motivating the junior members and assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. This will include designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are adhered to.
