Having already won numerous awards and been written up in a variety of guides this successful restaurant is looking to go further. The menus are modern European and everything is prepared from fresh, seasonal produce, all locally sourced where possible.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of running this first class, fresh food kitchen. You will assist the Head Chef with managing a brigade of 6 chefs so staff training and motivation will be an essential part of the role along with great organisational skills to ensure you run a happy, profitable kitchen.
