This beautiful country property is currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to support the new and very talented Head Chef in the day to day running of their first class kitchen.
With a brigade of 10 chefs they cater for the fine dining restaurant, the brasserie and extensive conference and banqueting. The menus are modern British with International influences and everything is made in house using the finest, fresh seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie you will be involved in catering for the a la carte restaurant, banqueting and the spa brasserie. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a first class, fresh food kitchen and be capable of running their own section.
