This unique independent boutique inn has several individual letting rooms, a vibrant bar and a 50 cover restaurant. In addition they have a busy function programme of weddings, social and business events. In response to the increasing popularity of this venue, they will be expanding all areas in keeping with the charming surrounds. They are looking for a Manager to act as host and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and to oversee the function
You will need to be able to operate in all sections of Food and Beverage and have the ability to work as part of a management team that aim for exceptional service, happy clients and a great working environment. You will instinctively know how to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for your guests and have a professional and optimistic outlook on life.
The team operate straight shifts, and work five out of seven days per week.
