There is a brigade of 10 chefs preparing modern British cuisine with the emphasis on using fresh, seasonal produce; all sourced as locally as possible. Alongside the restaurant and terrace they also cater for a number of weddings and functions throughout the year.
As Sous Chef you will assist with the day to day running of the kitchen, designing menus, costing, sourcing suppliers, stock control, ordering and maintaining a profitable and happy kitchen. Staff training and development will also play an important part in the role to aid and ensure you get the best out of your team.
