CHEF DE PARTIE – part-time – Monday to Friday -
This unique establishment caters for the coffee shop during the day and in the evenings there is a restaurant serving a TDH menu.
With a brigade of 5 chefs they prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and everything is made in house including all the cakes for the coffee shop. This role will be part-time to assist the brigade with the day to day preparation of food for both outlets. Although the hours will be approximately 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 2 qualification in catering and some previous experience witthin a professional kitchen. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to train on all sections working within a talented team of chefs.
