A beautiful country house hotel with an award winning restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
They have a stable and talented brigade of chefs who all are all passionate about producing the finest cuisine possible. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce, and where possible source it all as locally as possible.
As a Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of running this first class kitchen. Your duties will include contributing to the menu design, stock control, ordering, ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to and training and developing the junior members of the team.
